Here’s my meat curry recipe! I did it with beef this time but you can use lamb, chicken or goat – they will all work. I’m always very liberal with the amount of curry powder I’m using – especially if it isn’t terribly hot. You can explore with different powders  and even mix multiple ones to make different flavor profiles. Happy cooking!


2 lb beef
1 red onion sliced
4 sweet banana peppers
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of butter for frying
2 tomatoes – blended
1 bunch of cilantro diced
5-6 tablespoons (minimum) of curry powders
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
2 cups of jasmine rice (uncooked)
